Helping leadership teams determine what to build or change, where to focus, and which opportunities deserve investment.

Clarity. Direction. Confidence.

Helping leadership teams determine what to build or change, where to focus, and which opportunities deserve investment.

We help organizations make better product, innovation, commercialization, and growth decisions—and translate them into focused action.

Selected organizations

Leadership teams rarely struggle because they lack ideas.

More often, they're navigating competing signals, conflicting priorities, increasing complexity, and pressure to move quickly.

The challenge is knowing which direction deserves commitment.

Advisory areas

Advisory areas

Senior advisory across four core domains—where judgment, evidence, and trade-offs matter most.

Executive Decision Advisory

Helping leaders evaluate opportunities, priorities, investments, and strategic trade-offs before moving forward.

Product & Growth Direction

Translating evidence into product direction, commercialization priorities, and sustainable growth.

Discovery, Evidence & Insight

Generating customer, market, competitive, and stakeholder evidence that reduces uncertainty and strengthens strategic decisions.

Opportunity Evaluation

Helping organizations identify, evaluate, prioritize, and validate opportunities before committing resources.

The cost of building the wrong thing, or pursuing the wrong opportunity, is often measured in years, not months.

Leaders typically bring me in when

• They want an independent external perspective informed by pattern recognition developed across 100s of product, innovation, and strategic decisions.

• Momentum is building around assumptions that haven't been tested.

• Multiple opportunities compete for attention.

• Customer, market, technology, and commercial signals point in different directions.

• The next strategic direction hasn't been sufficiently validated.

• They need greater clarity before deciding where to focus next.

• Progress has slowed because the next direction isn't clear.

When strategic decisions carry long-term consequences, clarity becomes a competitive advantage.

How I work

Every engagement is tailored but these principles remain consistent.

Structured at the executive level

Engaging decision-makers early to ensure ownership, alignment, and momentum.

Evidence-led

Grounding decisions in real signals, not assumptions.

Systems-aware

Connecting customer, technology, commercial, and organizational realities.

Clarity-driven

Turning evidence, insight, and complexity into clear priorities and strategic direction.

Outcome-oriented

Ensuring insight leads to meaningful action rather than simply better analysis.

International

Supporting organizations across Canada, the United States, Europe, Latin America, and global markets.

About

About

About

Over more than two decades I've worked across SaaS, AI, enterprise software, industrial technology, OceanTech, HealthTech, ClimateTech, Energy and public-sector innovation.

Rather than specializing in a single industry, I've developed cross-industry pattern recognition—helping leadership teams identify opportunities, reduce uncertainty, and make better strategic decisions. Because I've also spent much of my career helping organizations execute on those decisions, my advisory approach is practical, actionable, and grounded in operational realities.

Today I advise organizations across Canada, the U.S., Europe and with customers globally on product, innovation, commercialization and growth decisions.

If you'd like to explore whether there's a fit, I'd be glad to connect.
